An unemployed Razzak wants to own an auto, and his daughter Ruba craves for a 100-rupee drink she cannot afford. An unexpected move threatens to alter their life. Set in an old Ahmedabad neighbourhood, the film follows the daily life of Razzak and his family as they navigate the intertwined yet unassuming layers of social and political influence.

Shahrukhkhan Chavada spent his formative years in the rural environs of Palanpur, North Gujarat, in the western region of India. But, in a country obsessed with engineering as a career choice, he wanted anything but that. So he chose to pursue a career in media & films instead. He learned the ropes in media, animation, and filmmaking in Pune, where his love affair with watching the world through the lens truly began. However, it took a drastic turn when he was exposed to Italian, Iranian, and French new-wave cinema, which influenced his perspectives on other aspects of life. His debut film, Kayo Kayo Colour?, depicts his fascination with routine and highlights it as a visual language to weave his story and let the audience decipher it.
