The film is based on a sewage worker, Vikas Kamble, who is trapped when the lid of the manhole he is cleaning accidentally shuts. This scene takes place amid the bustling city of Mumbai, where people are seen walking around, completely ignoring the manhole that has Vikas trapped in it.
